21 YEARS OF EXCELLENCE IN INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION
Safety First, and Always
At EHS, our most valued goal is to achieve a safe working environment for our employees. Employees are required to take part in a number of different training sessions to ensure they are educated and aware of all safety practices needed for a safe job site.
Our accident and injury levels have reached all time lows in the past year, evidence that our policies are effective. OSHA standards are applied at all times on every job site.
Eastern Highway Specialists began operations in January 2003 with the goal of providing quality
infrastructure construction services to the mid-Atlantic region.
Since then, EHS has made a name for itself within the highway industry for completing concrete structure
projects in a safe and productive manner. Based in Wilmington, Delaware, EHS works within an area including all of Delaware, northern Maryland, and the 5-County region in southeast Pennsylvania. Clients include DelDOT, PennDOT, MdTA, Delaware River and Bay Authority, Cecil County Maryland, and multiple townships and counties in Pennsylvania.

Our goal is to satisfy customers by providing high quality work within the client's budget. We are small enough that we pay intimate attention to all our projects even at the highest executive level.
EHS completes approximately fifteen million dollars in volume of projects each year. Our success has allowed us to develop a strong financial position and relationship with our banking and bonding partners.
